My 11yo made her own dad joke yesterday. Looking out the car window, she says: "Hmm... that sign says it is a 24-hour car wash. I think most people will want their cars washed much faster than that." So proud!

It seems like has an initial re-sign-in block on a new device when it is not an / device. This mean logging into e.g. doesn't permit one to use SMS as an authentication method rather one needs to use an existing install on a device that was registered.

How to resolve:

1. Install Telegram on the initial operating system or device `K`.
2. Authenticate it by receiving the code via SMS, which can be any secondary device.
3. Install Telegram on the new device and authenticate it by getting the code via a message on Telegram on device `K`.

Remarks:

It could only be an issue if installing a fork of Telegram like .

One fitness accomplishment that always put me in awe is being able lift and carry at least 80% of one's weight.

Just the amount of power one's legs can produce to achieve such a feat is remarkable.

The definition of being proficient in a motor skill should not only be able to teach the skill, but also to perform the skill without solely relying on eyesight.

If we take for example in dim light (max 5m eyesight), relying solely on eyesight won't get you very far quickly.

One of the typical obstacles one will acquire are potholes. These can be dodged if caught early enough or can be overtaken if the speed isn't too high. Though in either case one should have the ability to react appropriately in a failed situation without being fully launched from the .

One option is jump the pothole at least with the front wheel. Or one can try to shift one's weight backwards to create a similiar effect as the prior option without actively engaging with handle bars.

One should avoid hassly turning the handle bars at the bottom of the hole, because this can lead to being launched.

The phone is tool that lots of us cannot imagine to live without and at the same time it can tell us about our habits.

One habit that lots of us do is check the phone right before falling asleep and again as an alarm clock to wake up. This indirectly tracks the hours slept and the [usageDirect](f-droid.org/packages/godau.fyn) app gives a visual clock view of such barren times.

Programming is like sitting on a swing going back and forth between

Being able to is a fascinating skill to learn; the harmony between balance and movement.

There are two ways one can turn, either by using the handle bars or by shifting your weight to the desired direction.

Through practice one will learn in which situation to use the predominantly over the other and vice versa.

is a static site generator. To start follow the install guide. Then choose a theme and save it as a git submodule in the `themes/<theme-name>` directory and update the `theme` property in the config file.

Most of the times one can just use the git theme repository as the git submodule. Though some themes come with a set of templates and thereby one will need to be knit picky.

If the setup was done correctly one should see the theme go into effect instead of the blank `hugo server` page.

Most themes have a specific way how they create layouts which includes folder structure. The easiest way to see this in effect is to view the folder structure within the theme's example site. Later one will learn the and understand it via the HTML layouts.

> Breaking up Prolonged Sedentary Behavior to Improve Cardiometabolic Health in the Real World

The idea is to interrupt the daily sedentary lifestyle with regular breaks of exercise. This begs the question for whom this would benefit and if its beneficial for all professions.

Do you occasionally pour yourself a cup of liquid like water in the dark?

To make sure it doesn't overflow, just stick a finger in the cup and at first sense of it getting wet, stop the pouring.

Who should do a event?

GORUCK events are for anyone who wants to learn in a sandbox environment.

In team events, and are in the forefront of learnings, though also putting yourself in uncomfortable situations and see if the obstacle will break you.

For lots just showing up is a hurdle to overcome, since you are intently putting yourself in an unfamiliar situation.

Then initially you will meet lots of strangers with lots of different personalities and beliefs. These are your team mates for the next x hours. Can they rely on you or are you able to rely on them.

A basic requirement is for each participant to carry their load to their current capacity. This doesn't just mean to stubbornly carry your load to failure, but also be open for help and let your mate help you out. Because if you cannot continue further then you become an additional burden for the team. Sometimes it is wise to swallow your pride and/or ego to not become a hindrance.

Most people are not born leaders and everyone can benefit from practicing leadership in the field. On the flip side, lots that think that they are good leaders can benefit from being lead. This is an area of learning of knowing when it is the right time to step up your game and when to lay back.

The harmony between being the delegator and delegatee creates the best dynamic to get the team the furthest. And the team is only as strong as its weakest member.

What kind of events exist?

There are two types of events: individualistic and as a team.

Examples of _individualistic_ ones are:

- Selection, a 48h event of you against the Cadre with a success rate of less than 1%.
- Buddy Assessment, you and a buddy tackle a 48h event against the Cadre.

Examples of _team_ ones are:

- Basic, 6h event,
- Tough, 12h event,
- Heavy, 24h event,
- etc.

After successfully achieving an event, you get a patch.

Further there are combination events, which are not directly mentioned on the GORUCK's event page. These are events that are structured within a small time frame like a weekend. E.g.:

- HTB, Heavy Tough Basic
- HH, double Heavy
- BBB, triple Basic
- STB, Star course (long distance scavenger hunt) Tough Basic

These events are for those who want an additional challenge and usually there is an additional patch.

What is ?

GORUCK is a company that is trying to popularize the sport.

More info at goruck.com/pages/about-goruck

How does GORUCK try to popularize rucking?

They try to do this in three main ways:

1. They offer equipment and apparel to ease your rucking experience.
2. They offer events where Cadre from various U.S. special forces areas lead events with a core focus on rucking.
3. They offer the idea of to create |s.

These three ways interlink with one another by having the community keeping you in check of your basic fitness level and giving you resources to prepare for the next event.

The events teaching you various skills that you can use outside of the sandbox event experience from mental fortitude to and skills. Where as the apparel and equipment marketed as the ideal gear for such events.

And apparel and gear being worn by the participants while being freely marketed by them as well.

Caveat: the apparel and gear is quite pricey though it has lifetime warranty.

Take your phone out and record the world from above.

Of course good weather conditions need to exist and aligning the gathered data with the map might have an initial learning curve.

The consequence of constantly being reminded/required to take the packing list items, puts you into a routine of subconsciously taking it everywhere.

Some of the items that I always have with me are:
- IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit)
- headlamp with extra batteries
- power bank with USB cable
- hydration either via bottle or bladder

What you should know before a event?

The packing list is a requirement and in most events the organizer (aka Cadre) will check if every participant has brought everything.

If you failed to bring an item, the team (you and the other participants) will pay for it and love you afterwards.

Thus some participants take extra and check if everyone brought the packing list.

Some items are illogical to have like a headlamp during a day event and even in this situation better safe than sorry.

Hypothesis: As cramming for a final one can cram for fitness.

The idea is to shock the body just enough that one gets sore after each without injuring oneself.

The workouts would structured in such a fashion that they cover all potential |s during the challenge.

As already known by cramming for a final is not the ideal way, though it is a potential last resort of passing. And considering that for most fitness events there is an financial investment, passing suffices.

that the convenience that one gets using `forEach` do not outweigh the performance lost.

In comparison the standard `for`-loop within performs the most(*) operations per second and `forEach` the least ([Source](jsbench.me/7ejagsewtr)). *: To squeeze even more performance one should cache the length of the array.

Further it should be considered to convert all other `for` operators like `for... in` or `for... of` to the standard `for`-loop.

Although these performance differences matter when iterating through larger numbers. Thus, one could argue on the smaller scale that the convenience makes sense. Though this could harden bad practices for the future.
