They seem to be waffling a bit in the direction of "the people involved *remember* having been around the loop before", which is an interesting take. But they aren't all-in on it. Yet?
I am, however, interested that it's episode 6.5 of eight, and they've apparently already broken the time-loop! So that could be fun, we'll see...
The aging prosthetics aren't amazing, either. Old Amaka Okafor is just as hot (okay, that's arguably realistic) and Old Stephen Graham looks like he's wearing an oldness-mask.

@cstross @martijndevrieze @SHODAN @pluralistic Scotland has quite a few derelict blue police boxes scattered about. Some have become coffee houses, one in Edinburgh is a tool loan/exchange, etc.
I'm sure someone creative could see an equivalent use? Charging point for robot police cars in the near future?
