Our Banbury working group put some ideas together into "The Bicycle Principles" which prioritizes evidenced-based teaching, inclusiveness, & equity, & the ability to scale, share, & sustain short format workshops.

On the one hand, Singapore, Switzerland and Denmark pay their academics a salary commensurate with the many years of necessary training, a life dedicated to the fullest to the job, and the outsized impact of the educational sector's output on the economy. The UK, on the other hand, doesn't. How can anyone be surprised.
