Couldn't participate till the end @doctormo and was logged out, so could not comment.
About the magic-wand feature, I would make the pages selectable to move in bulk like normal objects and/org alignable/redistributable , used the pages a lot to make well.. pages for later export as UV for a book 📖 and to help me with the creation process, I put every page in a book style, so I could easily know which page was the left/right one.
I had to move every page by hand tho... I did it, no problem.. but that would be my magic wand wish for #inkscape (other than the dreamed CMYK support )
