It looks like Google wants to do the same thing that Microsoft has done with copilot
That means they want to snoop through your whole Android with Gemini
It is not opt in, you have to opt out!
They're changing the TOS so you have to opt out
Details on how to disable it are on this blog post however it doesn't work on at least two of my Androids because I can't even find the app yet!

sometimes I get a 'edited a post' notification from things I've reposted, and it's always the same post, but there are no modifications...
This is frustrating, and drives me to un-repost it.
Does it happen to you too with some posts?
i.e. with [this one](https://hellions.cloud/@dannotdaniel/114701469831626895)
On my #BTRFS FS, scrub reported me that I've a corrupted couple of files on some progressive snapshots..
It took me a while to find a solution, so I made it into a #blog ^^

@tiang I also use n
#orgzly (revived), I managed to make it work by syncronizing with syncthing, but as a receive only only mode, as I found that when editing calendar entries, Orgzly kinda messes then up What I miss is a calendar view, that would be most helpful.. at the moment I'm just using the 7days widget, which does not really give depth on what's combing..
I wouldn't mind if they did @tiang :) Tgey could release the code just for such functionality...
But you have a point.. still they could develop their ideas with their code starting from there!
sidenote: I really wish org-roam will become mobile friendly one day >.< tried using the android version, and via SSH, but the experience is on another level compared to obsidian
Maybe with the new #LinuxDevelopmentEnvironment things will be different, who knows...
I'm currently moving from #orgroam ( #emacs ) to #obsidian,
And here I have recorded a video comparing the #Graph View with the #ORUI (org-roam-ui) one.
I really think the dev team should #enhance it, and the good part is that the org-roam-ui code is #FOSS, so they can really use it as a reference!
I think the graph to be one of the most useful things on Obsidian, unfortunately needs a bit of rework in my opinion
In May, we began preparing to port to Android 16 despite our most active senior developer responsible for leading OS development being unavailable (https://grapheneos.social/@GrapheneOS/114359660453627718). Android 16 launched today and porting is going to be significantly more difficult than we were expecting.
Just found out that I'm the n.1 listener of the Complex Numbers #music group! (at least on #ListenBrainz )

yeah @wick3dr0se , the repo was more for my personal usage and local.. then at some point I thought might have been helpful for others, so I pushed the commits.. but there are A LOT of refinements to do!
love it @wick3dr0se !!
I should add an usage too.. might come in handy! ^^
I see you went eith x265 too! :D on the normal preset is kinda realtime ^^ Still, haven't tested the dofference between a slow x264 and a normal x265 :blob3c: could be worth exploring it! even if my guess is that would still be heavier..
Timelapsing using only screenshots was getting heavy in term of #storage space, so have added a new #script to compress the #timelapse using a magical technology called '#video'.
so here you can find the commit!
Gonna work on adapting the multi-screen one soon ^^
oh, also rearranged the #ffmpeg config file!

Have summarized with #deepSeek #R1 (70b) the community sentiment about #PirateNation announcement about the season 3 rewards.
The discussion revolves around concerns about the requirement to maintain a VIP subscription for 180 days to claim S3 tokens in a gaming context. Participants express frustration over the vesting period, the impact on PvP rewards, and the potential devaluation of tokens over time. Some question the eligibility criteria and the necessity of VIP for claiming rewards, while others express dissatisfaction with the game's direction and policies. There are also mentions of market liquidity issues and the overall viability of the project. The general sentiment is negative, with many considering leaving the project or advising others not to join due to the stringent requirements and perceived unfairness.
New video, walking Revigliasco d'Asti, #italy.
Here I experimented with #HDR filming and editing.
You can confirm the HDR with `yt-dlp -F` https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQ2tjkCTJeg
Planning a video explanation of how to achieve it, spoiler alert: is not that straightforward as one would think.. not with #youtube at least u.u
