Personally if i wrote the TL;DR it would say:
"Feel free to share opinions, but we expect you to be respectful. Dont be an asshole" and leave it at that :)

I think Koyu's inclusion of:
* a minimum legal age is simple and direct.
* The final sentence about reserving the right to suspend (delete) any account as well.
* The CW is simple and direct, too.

The two religions mentioned in hers (Judaism and Islam) are the ones most frequently targeted by radicalized people. [we don't have ISIS members]
The phobias and isms section could be wrung up to some drier version possibly.
Not harrasing other fediverse users could be collated with the sex harrassment portion, into one sentence.

Well the point of a TL;DR is to reduce verbage rather than increase it. So iterating specific groups seems less helpful to me is all. Which is why I'd reduce that whole ball of wax (considering your points) to basically this (keep in mind we elaborate more elsewhere):

I'm ok with that. Only issue is we have no rule that violence needs to be CW'ed. If you want to make that a new rule we should discuss that as a seperate topic and depending on the result decide if we want to add it to our TL;DR and if so also add it to the long form.

What about people that are interested in STEM but don't have a formal education or are students in a STEM field?
well I wouldnt say "student" is limited to formal students in an educational system. I would use it to include anyone who actively wants to learn more about STEM.
