@worldsendless they're both right, but if you want to- I believe you can also migrate your account if needed. Though I don't recall how to do so offhand. Might want to ask the qoto admin @freemo

Right, while you can always migrate your account to a different server you only need a single login to interact with the fediverse as a whole. You can follow and talk to anyone from any server.
You can also pull up a foreign server's local timeline as a dedicated column in QOTO so you can see what you'd see if you were local to the other server. So it really eliminates any need for multiple accounts.

Take a look at https://qoto.org/about/more we list about a dozen federated/decentralized servers we host (including many in that list). Most of them can talk with each other in some way.
