Apparently the bussiest time at the YMCA and the gym is at 5am in the morning so people can get a work out in before they go to work....

Who are these people. I wake up at 8 am, just barely in time to be conscious to start doing work by 9 am and I am convinced I am dead until at least noon.... how do these people even exist!

the optimal time for me to wake up is at 9am, going to bed between 2 or 3am. anything else and i either lie in bed wide awake or feel shitty all morning..

@bonifartius I set my alarm for 8am and dong get out of bed till like 10 seconds before 9am, just enough time to get to my computer. If I had to wake up any earlier than that I'd be dead before the week was over.

Are you saying that your dong wakes up before you do?

@Pat

My dong is always at least a few steps ahead of me. In reality i mostly just follow it around, its the one calling all the shots.

Yeah, guys often think with the wrong head.

@freemo since I started working from home, I just can't break the habit of waking up 15 minutes before work.
I would love to join the gym and go in the morning, but I just don't know how to wake up early anymore ๐Ÿ˜‚

@mhamzahkhan I am convinced time does not exist between 4am and 8am. I have yet to witness any evidence to suggest it does.

@freemo ... gym? If they'd bike to work they'd not need to go to the gym. But considering American distances, they might need to wake up much earlier than 5am. :P

@trinsec biking would be a fine exercise. But that wouldnt include strength training, which would be healthier than biking alone.

That said I'd much rather spend an hour swimming every day and be lazy in every other respect. Swimming is far more enjoyable than biking.
