I dont think their spam accounts. They dont post anything, and their goal seems to follow the same 152 people. A spam account would probably auto-follow and discover. This looks like something else.

Anyone know why I just got some random 300 some followers from weedis.life? They seem to be nonsense accounts of some kind. The notifications are very annoying. Anyone one else have this problem?

@sda Also lets not forget if you get chickenpox as an adult, rather than as a kid, there is a good chance it will steralize you and you cant have kids. Plenty of good reasons to vaccinate and almost no good reasons not to.

@sda Thats the problem with relying on your "simple placebo brain" rather than actual science. It usually means your wrong.

Your chance of having shingles increases with age, doesnt decrease. Moreover the older you are the more likly you are to die from it because you are weaker.

The following is a quote direct fromt he CDC along with the statistics that show, rather clearly, that your chance of contracting and dieing from it go up with age not down as you suggest:

"Your risk of getting shingles increases as you get older." -- CDC

@sda The odds of you getting it go up as you get older. Most people get it in their old age which is also when it is most crippling and can result in some pretty nasty disabilities if you are unlucky enough (nerve damage).

The original meme is valid, a LOT of people die without vaccines, particularly if they travel or live in a society where that is common.

@sda I know several people who have horrible measles and chicken pox scars. I myself as someone who was born before Chicken Pox vaccine had chicken pox, it wasnt too bad, but now as an adult it means I have to suffer through excruciating agony and pain as I get the shingles (a result of having chicken pox as a kid).

It isnt just about death, you cherry [icked a few diseases that dont usually end in death but DO usually result in a good deal of suffering. There are other diseases which are far FAR worse, but hey if your cherry picking we can just ignore those right?

@sda Well no because a large chunk of those people died, the ones alive today just happen to be the survivors. Depending on the disease thats only if their lucky

We never once received a single report on any of our users from witches.live. I'm an admin at QOTO. If you would have reported this thread rather than block the instances we would have banned the user above for this abuse. But because of the block we never had a chance to even receive reports.
