The point im making is, you are right, if you shoot someone for destroying property you better be certain it isnt his property or else you will face jail time.

It doesnt, however, meanyou can never shoot anyone for destroying property even when you know for a fact it isnt his.

Sure. The liability is with the person defending it. If you shoot someone destroying their own property then expect to go to jail for shooting an innocent person. If you, however shoot (or threaten to shoot) someone who is destroying someone elses property, and that is true, you are good.

No let me be clear here.

1) KR clearly was running for his life, made every attempt to say he was friendly, clearly before he fired a shot the mob was voilent towards him even throwing things at him, etc... he only shot as a last resort when he couldnt out run the mob, and only the people who directly assaulted him

2) any argument that you made earlier about "well maybe they were really nice and just threw things to be friendly and wanted to disarm him despite him being legally armed" really holds no water because not only did they demonstrate they were violent, they have a history of being **Extremely** violent people with multiple arrests and some of the most horrendous violence a person could commit on their record, multiple times over. Their past is relevant because it only confirms what we already knew from the tapes. That these people were violent, extremely violent.

Also he wasnt killed "just because" he didnt pay back his debt... Its because he was literally chasing down a minor attempting to assault the kid. The fact that he was a 5 time serial rapist is just gasoline for the fire.
