I do agree with your conclusion, that what Trump did is against my own personal interpretation of the constitution. But one must admit there is nuance and an interpretation where it is entirely in line with the constitution.

It has long been held that children of "alien enemies" are not allowed citizenship due to the wording in the constitution that says "subject to the jurisdiction there of".

Now the reason I agree with you is I think it would be a huge leap, and factually incorrect, to try to label all illegal immigrants as "enemies". in fact making such a statement is laughable to me. But no doubt that is the angle being taken here and it does have some basis in reality, albeit absurdly.

Do you really think people use loaded language in an attempt to be objective and honest? OF course they are prisoners and not hostages by any objective reading. But not a single person who used the word "hostage" did so because they that that was the most honest word to use, they did it because its the word that sells their agenda the best, thats it, thats all it ever is.

The odd thing is, so am I. LEt me explain my logic:

Of the two Musk is infinitely more likely to be a Nazi than HArris. He may just be nazi like in a some weak ways, maybe he is full on nazi, hard to gauge just how far he is down that scale, but its far enough.

So why dont I think he gave a NAzi salute. Cause he isnt that kind of Dumb.. Trump is tht kind of dumb, if Trump did it i wouldn't even question it. But Musk is snake-smart. He is smart enough to know even if he is a raging Nazi and whats to see the white race destroy all others, he STILL didnt make a purposeful Nazi solute because he has enough brain cells to know that would be death.

Now to be clear I dont think Harris was giving a Nazi solute either (though she is a raging fascist, just not of the Nazi variety). That was just there because hers **looks** far more like a nazi salute, so it is put as a point of absurdity and comparison.

Am I atroll.. I am a trtoll in the sense that i dont give the slightest fuck what someone thinks about me. So I put no effort into "Coming across" one way or another. I know damn well 99% of the small minded people will see what I said, assume I'm a troll and block me. I want that as it gets the toxic people to filter themselves for me, its very intentional. Then the 1% who are left, like you, bother to talk long enough to understand and then realize all it was is that i wasnt putting on airs, it wasnt (*like you probably assumed) some sort of (anti)virtue signaling.

Why did you try to find the one example of faked/cherry picked image, rather than the thousands of archived photos showing Hitler giving the salute that look nothing like this?

Here is what a no-cherry picked video looks like. Here we have a video that was **not** made in relation to musk that shows thousands of germans during hitlers time as well as hitler himself giving the nazi salute over and over and over again at different points in history to show how ti evolved over time.

Do you notice how not one single example in this video resembles Musks salute, not one? So why did you pick the obviously manipulated example that doesnt show reality?

To be clear I am **not** claiming tghat this man doesnt behave in some ways that may align with nazi ideals (such as xenophobia and supporting a racist like trump are nazi-like, to some degree.

I wouldnt even go so far as to say he isnt a racist, maybe he is, probably he is.

All I am saying is there is no doubt in my mind (or those who are experts in this) that what he did did not represent a Nazi salute and was not intended to resemble one. Any resemblance is by accident.

That much is clear, its not a Nazi salute, full stop. Nothing about that statement however suggests he isnt a nazi-like person, and by that i mean, willing to support racists and racist policy and fascism, cause clearly he does.

If people said "Musk is supporting a racist and a fascist" I would have been cheering you on going "hell yea he does".. the moment you get tot he absurdity of trying to claim he intentionally did a Nazi salute, thats when you totally loose me.

I dont think the liberals realize over exaggerating everything and turning into the most absurd exaggeration of itself is **not** doing anyone any favors, all its doing is discrediting you from an otherwise very real and important discussion.

Also do I need to remind you, this isnt a personal theory. The jewish representative of the anti defamation league, someone who has clearly shown he doesnt like Musk, has explicitly stated that while this is an "awkward" gesture it did not look like a Nazi salute.

I think im going to take a literal Jewish expert on identifying nazi's as the authority on this one.

Its also a faked and/or cherry picked video. Here is a video showing thousands of people giving hte salute to hitler as well as hitler giving he saolute multiple times throughout history. As can clearly be seen the chestpump was **never** a part of the salute in a single instance.

So now we are saying hitler and all germans werent even giving the Nazi salute, which resemble's Harris's salute not Musks?

Here is a video showing thousands of people and hitler giving the salute multiple times over. As you can see at no time did any of these people pound their shoulder first? I guess hitler just didnt know how to give his own salute huh?
