The way to heal all things is to grow ourselves and be more human overall - not as Capitalism wants and trained us to work almost only as physical containers to empty out... and not to have practise of the mind and morality. Prostitutes of sorts.
Because without caring and improving the morality of people overall you get nowhere and even backwards. Little progress is made even if the tech seem to go forward. The idea is to find a way together so we canwork more than how the middle-man Capitalism wants to siphon and extract our very physicality and neglect our peace of mind...
Communication helps between the good people and more communication is needed, else it is far too defensive. There are far too many good people on Fediverse as free labour / die-hard enthusiasts simply wasted away (me included). I used to play games to get away from it all, now I try play life - help me play 2 player IRL.
Interact / Send a message! Life is about healthy communication and finding out why things don't work and fixing it!
FreeSchool is personal Learning / Respecting / Loving ourselves and the others through measurable things and our own unique personality.
Make friends with the world (and your passions) to
GROW the love! Improve the mindset. Align yourself better.
Teaching others helps to give the best we can through our passions which scrolling my profile should indicate very quickly...
Freedom comes from the communication and working with each other... anonymously or not.
Then looping it all back to the next generation to grow some more love for things and for each other!
Without human affection, all computer work is empty / futile or simply short-lived and plays into Capitalism.
Working with our own emotions as the main material respects the human being itself - everything is emotional and a human is at the beginning and end of each chain. Improve this chain and it's better than just robots.

This includes appreciating our own works more and more (as well as changing out internal brain like a computer operating system a bit - but first accepting people as they are and working from there, and helping where most wanted. Like not banging on about changing OS but talking about it and when those people are ready, help them change OS!

@freeschool I grew up with FL Studio starting on windows xp. Acid DJ before that, and whatever weird software I could find back then for windows 98 to make loops. I mostly use the mobile version of FL Studio on Android now. Maybe I'll try SunVox again, but I didn't really dig that when I tried it the first time. I just jam out. It's a mediating thing. 🕉️ 😜 Nothing serious. It's just for me. Sometimes LSDJ for Gameboy. I want to get LGPT working on my GPi Case. LSDJ, but samples!
How to move view my posts offline elsewhere in standalone browser?
You can EXPORT / a backup (you get 1 big outbox.json) but there is no importing to any Mastodon and you get just separate directory of images but not posts together with text as I see now!)
So how to get my data out of this instance and on a standalone browser-based feed with the same layout and images without being logged in anywhere?
I want to quit my instance and I'm ⛓️ DATA-chained⛓️ .. HELP !

I recently got an email account with posteo.de based in Germany, that I'm liking so far. https://posteo.de/en
They don't require a phone number or any personal information to get an account. It's 1€ per month and they don't store your payment info beyond the time to process the payment.
It works with third party clients. You can have aliases. The domain for US users can be posteo.net, .com, or .us.

@weirdwriter Holy shit, that reminds me I should be getting off Gmail, too. I swear by Fastmail and as a subscription-based service I'm hoping it won't enshittify like that, but there are similar services that let you manage custom domain emails and stuff.

@sabik @weirdwriter It's so easy managing multiple domain emails with Fastmail, and I just needed to add a few boilerplate lines to my mail client's configuration to send from custom emails. Total respect for self-hosting, though, I've heard of so many people giving it up because the big email providers make it impossible.
