The way to heal all things is to grow ourselves and be more human overall. Capitalism wants us working almost only as in our physical forms almost as prostitutesto empty our energy out for profit... The Mind also needs respect.
Lack of practise of mind and morality leads to poor diet of the Mind.
Because without caring and improving the morality of people overall you get nowhere and even backwards. Little progress is made even if the tech seem to go forward. The idea is to find a way together so we canwork more than how the middle-man Capitalism wants to siphon and extract our very physicality and neglect our peace of mind...
Communication helps between the good people and more communication is needed, else it is far too defensive. There are far too many good people on Fediverse as free labour / die-hard enthusiasts simply wasted away (me included). I used to play games to get away from it all, now I try play life - help me play 2 player IRL.

Torrents as people + followers,,, Seeding and having trackers also FTW?
@CapitalB @Sir_Christo_of_Black_Mountain I personally think people can follow 1 person they believe in (well they kind of do already like #AralBalkan) so they have something like a mini-network rather than relying on only the protocol (a combination of both maybe) but people are basically the first and last in the chain and like Leaders of old (yes many incorrect or extreme) it shows the people's power can be magnified through a person or someone they really see themselves in (and humanity feeling they are 1 whole basically).
Native Americans had female tribe leaders - perhaps protecting the children / more able to share and forgiving than than men... esp. since they give birth / naturally have this ability over men / take care of children (adults too!).
I think we need to test and believe in 1 or 2 people... and then rotate... purify and replace voluntarily or as our taste changes. And in case of any death simply renew / continue seeding 'torrent' from where they left off / switch trackers...
Just saw #GretaThunberg video (see that hashtag if interested) and #autistic part saying people with autism seem to be able to tell the truth and not look away / ignore it or stand by and watch so easily, so this is why Fediverse can be harnessed with consent to basically follow, someone like a queen bee in a colony!

The fact you can create your own torrent and seed is still quite unprecedented I think
@freeschool @Sir_Christo_of_Black_Mountain it invented a data format. Each torrent is its own network. That was a radical idea.
Then they added the DHT and made tracker (and the torrent-file) nice to have, but not necessary.
The fedi is still distributing the server side, not the social network aspect. Nostr still relies on relays, like bittorrent relied on trackers.
Some day somebody will not create a protocol as the central idea, bit a radical shift from the server/hub idea
