Dear Jim,
Please paint me Nigella Lawson eating a plate of Pentium 4 Processors with her metal teeth. In the background, we can see a mecha-war going on out of her window, on the streets of Bristol. Oh, and she's drinking Duracell branded battery acid.
Thanks,

Dear Jim,

Please paint me the Stay Puft marshmallow man losing a game of mousetrap with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall (who happens to be on fire) while Face from The A Team arrives on a pigeon dressed in leopard print Y-fronts and wedding veil, all this is taking place on the moon.

Thanks,

Phil Lucas

Dear Jim,

Please paint me Roy Walker, from Catchphrase, drawing Mr Chips 'like one of his French girls'.

Cringing my way through some of these 😩

My 8 y.o. was learning about probability at school and his teacher was getting the students to come up with examples of 0 chance/impossible.
"What example did you give?"
"Oh, I said that there is 0 chance of a volcano erupting potato gems...."

Dear Jim,

Please paint me a scene where Jesus bursts into Hitler's bunker smoking a cigar and riding a T-Rex. At the same time the BTTF2 DeLorean has crashed into the bunker wall with Ash from Evil Dead II out the car shotgunning and chainsawing Nazis who speak in Commando comic German (Gott in himmel etc) and chopping through Nazi Xenomorphs from the Alien movie franchise.

Cheers,

The Dirty Tackle

Dear Jim,
Please paint me Anthony Worrall Thompson making an absolutely pathetic attempt at shoplifting in Pets at Home. His poorly thought through disguise consists only of a beard fashioned from orange coloured hamster bedding. His expression should reflect a sense of exasperation at his own stupidity as he realises that he already had a real beard of the exact same colour to begin with.
Thanks,
Dave Rankin

If you haven't checked out the today honoring video game pioneer Jerry Lawson, you need to! Take time to play with it a bit (and if you are in the classroom let your students play, too). Watch this 4 minute video about Jerry Lawson and the Doodle and share it with your students: youtu.be/RLQO_RWCOoQ @edutooters

Dear Jim,

Please paint me a picture of Brian Blessed riding a Henry hoover alongside D'n'B DJ Goldie on a Dyson. They are racing on the Mario kart level rainbow road and are both drunk on white ace cider.
Thanks,
Tommy

Last day of work and then 7 weeks off! It has been a long teaching year.

Dear Jim,
Please paint me a bat in a leotard being distracted by a violin sticking out of a rainbow coloured bottle bank next to a three legged toffee crisp holding a mushroom and half a wasp. In the background is a turtle having a tennis lesson, and an upside down Taj Mahal covered in ears.
Thanks,
Darren Harvey

Archive.org digitised the Vinyl LP collection of the Boston Library. I had a listen to "Heroes, Gods and Monsters of The Greek", which is amazing - the crackling of the vinyl is especially charming.

Dear Jim,
Please paint me the moment David Blunkett's guide dog is exposed as the infamous street artist Banksy... Blunkett is completely oblivious - naturally thinking the gentle hiss coming from his dog near a wall was a call of nature.

Kind regards,
Vin

Hey people. I have a yellow and I am really not a fan of using yellow ink. Do I swap it out to a yellow highlighter (also not my favourite colour) or look for a "yellow adjacent" i.e. orange ink that I can use instead. I will be using them mostly for marking/annotating student work. Because the pen itself is a yellow plastic it will do my head in if a yellow coloured pen writes with a (example) purple ink.
