Today's easy #sourdough, baked in a dutch oven. Pleased with the result, but it'd be interesting to do a side-by-side comparison of bread with and without cold proof, which I skipped today.

Today's successful experiment: Sourdoughn't bread. It's a pretty standard no-knead bread made with 1/4ts yeast and long fermentation, baked in a dutch oven. I folded in 100g sourdough discard before the final proof, hence sourdoughn't. #sourdough #nowaste #sourdoughnt
Actually, not just sign in - but sync. You can get good passwords if only you give away all your browser data.

It would be neat if #hackerspace/#fablab collectives collaborated to improve #FreeCAD. For example: documentation, translations, and even low-hanging fruit issues
@vancha @dajbelshaw keep at it! I fed mine morning and evening in the beginning, but only 50g+50g+50g (starter, water, flour). Make sure you don't use chlorinated water, it might disinfect your starter....

If the results are this limited due to federation, I guess clicking "Followers" should open the browser directly anyway. Or, the list should be populated using the same source as the browser uses to get everything, rather than showing the measly few results I always get when trying to discover accounts to follow.
