The restriction on gaming is old news. Further bans/restrictions are expected as the government enforces what's been termed something along the lines "reculturization". Major tech companies are starting to lose interest in partnerships with China due to a series of restrictions placed on them, forcing their hands. This is not to say there won't be any involvement at all- but not as much as before the recent movement.
