2) school sells debt to new loan company
3) tell loan company the military will pay for it, but needs to be signed over immediately
4) have recruiter sign paper without full realization
5) get removed from service for some discriminatory rule that doesn't really apply to you

New tech is the inverse of that, two sides of the same coin, which people usually dismiss the latter for the reason of ease of use being the best choice.
