Although that is a valid point, it's still ignoring the literally compounding (assuming the list grows) issue of having to manage said list.

If it works for you, great. But it might be worthwhile considering alternative approaches. Personally, I know of users who create alt accounts for specific servers/users. But I digress again, to each their own. A chacun son...

I don't keep lists of other accounts on Fedi using the Lists. That would be unnecessarily tedious in my opinion.
