@ThePanamaNews A lifestyle that incorporates guns and chainsaws as a way to enforce distortions of Christian values is flawed. A belief system that can’t handle history as it happened, not as it was whitewashed, is flawed. But then, is that a surprise?

We are seeing the latest installment of fearful, power-gathering people trying to hog precious resources for themselves and theirs. Is there a better way? We better find it.

And, so glad to see a fellow 🇵🇦. In your extra years on the planet, have you found a better path forward?

I typically recommend #HowToBeAnAntiRacist by #IbramXKendi to folks who are new to learning about #antiracism and #WeDoThisTilWeFreeUs by #MariameKaba for folks who are learning about #CommunityOrganizing with an #abolitionist lens

@JoshuaHolland Yes, I agree, but one must also take in that most Mastodon instances are works of love and underfunded. Since videos take up lots of space on those, I would abstain. But you do you. I have yet to find a fediverse alternative to Youtube, but then I haven’t spent more than ten minutes looking.🙂
