It might also be fun yo create an csv export file based on criteria by grade level or for librarians? The Visible Learning MetaX database describes it as a way to support long-term retention. It also assists you in increasing access to the “to-be-remembered” information. @chris_spackman @ericcurts @edutooters Most districts vet extensions before rolling them out to school owned Chromebooks. The real issue isn’t student devices that get wiped and seldom have personal info. It’s school principals and teachers who save confidential info, reports, and student data without clear protocols in place. There are tools that can be used to mitigate those vulnerabilities but the real challenge is cybersafety and security. It has gotten better.
