I have encountered more image descriptions on Mastodon in 24 hours than I have in Twitter in a couple of years. Seriously. I'm not exaggerating.
As a blind person, this means a lot to me. If you read this and you describe your images, thank you so, so, so much on behalf of all of us. If you don't, now you know you'll be helping random Internet strangers make sense of your posts by typing in a few more words than usual.

I made an AI image of "Darth Vader as a construction worker" and I can't stop laughing how it made his helmet into a hard hat.

I've fed the entire ZX Spectrum games library into a 1980s TV Times template and I swear on my life* that this is what AI has produced.

* = or something equally as worthless.

I've kind of posted an #introduction already since I joined.

In summary I make games for the #vic20 computer which is classed as #vintage or #retro now, using Turbo Rascal. In the future I'll likely make some Amstrad, #C64 and #atari games.
