The white stuff on these western Oregon tree branches is not snow. It's a freezy icy coating that has been on the trees and on everything else outdoors all day and will likely remain there at least for awhile. This is expected to be followed by a series of atmospheric river events bringing plenty of rain, along with some very gusty conditions midweek. Looks like we could be in for a wild weather roller coaster.
