It is very uncommon to eat lasagne in a restaurant.
I think I had them once in a trattoria in Emilia; but I'm quite uncertain I took them any other time
Never got lasagne from a rosticceria, this looks very cool!

I don't know about creating the matter itself, but making it into bread and wine appears quite difficult and expensive in and of itself.
I would say it's probably cheaper to use much more energy and create a planet nearby a star; then wait for it to develop life and hope bread and wine can be made there.
