To this extent I'm really interested to know how the age breakdown of people on the #Fediverse. On one hand it would seem to make sense to me that most people here remember the "old internet" before the centralization and they're here to rekindle that flame of independence. On the other hand the youths are generally pretty up on this whole technology thing. I grew up on the internet and since then smartphones have become even more ubiquitous.

Credo che fossero molto contenti che gli avessi portato un Americano tonto che gli ha lasciato giù mezzo stipendio.
Posti veramente squallidi questi locali, però almeno io ed il mio amico ci siamo divertiti con le ragazze a sbeffeggiare l'Americano.

@rastinza In a recent preprint (https://arxiv.org/abs/2205.14962), we have shown that one can also get obtain continuous energy surfaces (denotes as PlaNet) for multi-dimensional data and "larger" molecules such as ethanol. Unfortunately, for systems larger than 40 electrons, these methods get quite expensive. So, their scaling in terms of size is still very much active research.

@rastinza we in fact perform highly accurate ab-initio calculations. In many small system, such ML-driven ab-initio methods report the lowest variational results in the literature. What we mean with "not sacrificing performance" is that compared to neural wave function-based baselines we don't lose any accuracy despite solving many Schrödinger equations simultaneously.
The plot below shows our Potential Energy Surface Network (PESNet) in comparison to other neural wave function-based methods.

I don't see you anywhere explaining why such list should be a massive mistake or a burden to mastodon. In your pinned post you just state that Mastodon cannot work with instances and that everyone should have his own personal instance.
I do not believe this idea of yours to be true, though I also have doubts that Mastodon can work on a large scale, but those kinds of problems will not be solved by everyone running their own instance, probably they'll be exacerbated by such behavior.
I don't agree with you, while I'm not going to use such list I believe it can be useful to some people who are new to Mastodon.
Moreover, the fact that you're using it contradicts your statement...
The list may be used to scam people, but also no list may be used to scam people. I see no reason to condemn it for it unless it is in fact used to scam people.

Non è neppure onesto fino in fondo, perché sostiene che così fa risparmiare il cliente finale. Secondo me non è vero, semplicemente si incassa il 22% di IVA alla faccia sua.
@doomboy Probabilmente si limita a non fargli pagare l'IVA. Se è "onesto" dovrebbe fargli uno sconto un po' più grande dell'IVA.
