come farlo, lo decide ciascuna cultura in base alle sue tradizioni, o l'intersezione tra più culture quando queste si incontrano.
Se a *te* l'abbigliamento di una certa cultura sembra un sacco di mondezza, è un tuo problema: chiedere ad una donna di cambiare il modo in cui si veste per far sentire a suo agio chi le sta attorno ha un nome, si chiama sessismo.

@rastinza it was just a paragraph linkung the subject of partial pressure to life. I don't recall it even giving a name to the phenominon, but it was just a curiousity I read over a decade ago. The phenominon appears to be limnic eruption. And perhaps since the water needs to be near the saturation point, it may not be a possibility for an ocean, or part of it, to do such a thing.

Al Ipercoop di Albenga en Liguria no mi hanno voluto vendere la birra perche il sindaco ha deto che dopo le sette e mezza di sera no si puo vendere il alcohol. Dopo dieci minuti che l'ho fatta. L'ho comprato una bel fredda lchnusa da 660 ml nel bareto del paese vicino. Vaffanculo al sindaco e al Ipercoop.

E basta con i treni alta velocità e vengano ripristinati quelli che la RFI chiama "rami secchi".
Che poi la ggente di città (manco fosse pagata dai palazzinari!) rompe i coglioni a chi resiste a vivere in vallata nella casa della bisnonna e per andare a lavorare deve usare l'auto perché gli hanno tolto i treni (però la linea è mantenuta per i "treni turistici", come se le vallate fossero degli zoo nei quali andare a fotografare i suggestivi valligiani).
Ma che diamine, io non capivo queste opposizioni al passante di Bologna.
Poi sono andato a vedere ed a quanto pare non è un passante ferroviario.
Ma Cristo, basta con le strade e giù coi treni!

Today I was talking with a friend in Italy and I mentioned that I rented a flat and I'm renting out the other rooms.
He asked me why I don't buy a flat and do the same.
I do believe he has got a point, since I'm likely going to stay here for some years.
My salary is not very high, but I should be able to get a mortgage for a cheap flat in the center of Santiago.
In Santiago housing is quite expensive, much more than outside the city, however cheap housing is quite scarce, so it should be easy to rent out the rooms if I do so.
However it's not yet clear to me how advantageous this would be; not accounting any expenses and assuming the rooms are rented all the time I should be able to get the monthly mortgage payment through rents and a bit more.
Now I'd like to understand if that bit more that I'm getting will be sufficient to pay for expenses and periods I'm not able to rent.
It could be a bit risky to do so because the down payment would require most of my savings and maybe I'll have to raise some money through friends or family; but I'm quite sure I'd be able to rent out the rooms.
My other concern is that housing outside Santiago is much cheaper, thus I'm not so sure that a house in the center will actually retain it's value in the future.
I do not have a car, thus buying a house outside the city would be senseless.
Do you have advices and resources I could study to make a more reasoned choice?
