I found this gem while looking for some learning material.
thesitewizard.com/domain/websi
It's not about that article specifically.
But the whole page is literally filled with usefull information.

Why use stadia and other cloud based thingy.
Just set up a vnc server!

Vnc has been a bless from unix community.
In theory. You could do a very hardware demanding stuff from your cheap phone (with a good internet connection ofc).

If you had a powerful android devices with a lot of unused space and want to do your unix stuff.
Try installing termux. Trust me it's worth it.

I write my personal opinion regarding "how today internet situation".
I'll add more and more random thing.
I need to do a better job at html formatting, if it's all looks fine without css.
then i'll learn css.

Show thread

I learn something called "div", "id" and "class".
It seems like i can abuse it without understanding the html semantics.
Idk if i wan't to abuse it tho' :ablobbounce:

Show thread

I read somewhere in stackoverflow that goes.
"If something could be easily achieveable by css+html. Don't use javascript"

Show thread

What other surprise does html and css might offer later.

Show thread

I should learn css a lot sooner.
I literally just learn that css could be used to detect screen width.

I've fallen back into the old habit of typing up long replies, then thinking "this probably isn't worth posting", "I don't have anything original to add", "this is all probably obvious to them anyway", etc., and Ctrl-A deleting it.

I've learnt intellectually that those aren't true as often as they seem they are, and I've trained myself to post things even when they don't match up to some made up measure of being "good enough", but some days none of that matters, just back to the base model my mind goes.

Forgot to mention.
The only experience i had on building an andoid kernel is just compiling it.
Idk if it even considered as an "building" experience.
For rom building. Actually never done it before.

Show thread

Is it possible to built an android 7 kernel and rom from android 5 kernel source code ?

And now there's a problem with the cell tower that causing 3g and 4g connection behaves like a dial up connection, i can't even passed the 40kB/s mark.
Probably it has something to do with the storm that happened yesterday.

Happy deepavali friends (and acquaintances, and other randos that hopefully will become acquaintances one day)! Let your worries burst apart like firecrackers, and joy bloom like a flowerpot.

The editor app itself is really good for basic editing stuff. Imagine ms paint, but for android.
It even has layer feature which capped at 3.
Here's where you could get the app. It's free and open source

Making a logo for my gitlab new profile.
Getting the base line was a pain using android. :ablobblewobble:
The concept was i combine my alias which
RaVeN
and making it
Look like
R
V
In vertical line and i'll put the N somewhere.
:ablobbounce:

I just found out that My phone isn't even snapdragon 4xx.
It's a snapdragon 210 series :ablobblewobble:
I need to read a lot of CI documentation to fix building issue.
I'm hoping that in the later time my phone would act as a build-switch rather than a place for learning coding. :ablobcatbongo:
