I think in a sentence, #AtlantaFX can be described as a #TwilightZone story, where characters are trapped in a matrix, not of geography or supernatural alterations to reality, but are kept from progress by society (their environment in particular).

(It's probably fair to say everyone living in the hood will have PTSD. White people too. I frankly am not sure who wouldn't.)

I mean I have PTSD but that's because I grew up making friends only to have them stripped away from my life after 3 or 4 years, tops.
