Most enshrined in academia are super liberal. If you want to be divisive, you should point out the relevant line of politics rather than taking the easier and completely arbitrary ageist position.
Will Elizabeth Warren’s Stance against “Junk Science” Matter to Voters?
Every generation thinks the previous generation fucked everything up for them.
Boomers had to deal with pollution, ozone holes, Love Canal, etc. Who came up with Earth Day? Who cleaned up the litter from highways, "landfills" in rivers? Boomers. The "Great Generation" left us a shit world!
Every generation thinks the following generation consists of asshats. You should have seen what was said about "us" on the news when we were having Woodstock, Summer of Love, sit-ins to protest the war. etc.
Every hear of Kent State? See what "they" did to "us."

Every government likes any kind of divisiveness. Nothing better for any government than a people with an "us against them" mindset. Perhaps Jesus would have set this guy straight, but then again, maybe he would have set you straight.

I also use dark theme. The instance ticker seems to be just more screen clutter to me. If I want to know what instance someone is in, I just mouseover the name, but... dinosaur... whatcha gonna do?

"not yet" should replace "no opinion"
@QOTO
I also like qoto (which probably should have been option #4 rather than "no opinion."

There are places with "open mic" nights where people of all levels of talent/skill gather.
If you enjoy singing, someone out there will like it (and some won't). I've only been to one place -- though not for awhile; it's tougher to get out in winter -- but the other performers are friendly and supportive... and I've heard that's the rule rather than the exception.
@Ilsa
Roasting coffee is almost creative... certainly artisanal...
though I think making a quick 35 sec. video is probably more so.

Singing and playing at open mic night is probably "artistic" but I think writing is more "creative." Last song I wrote was probably 6 years ago though.
I guess I haven't really been as creative in the past couple years... a neglect I intend to work on.
@Ilsa
I used to do stained glass, beadwork, and kilnwork. Looong time ago.
These days I get to watch my son-in-law (and his brother) come up with new boro formulations. They've got some amazing stuff.
