@AmpBenzScientist It's a country level block based on what I saw.
There are different levels of block in China. Sometimes you got ISP block, they might think you're doing BT or something they don't like, so they either QOS your package or lowing your speed, or competely drop your packages, that depends on your local ISP.
Then the country level, sometimes you lose a port, sometimes you lose the IP, and sometimes you lose the whole block of ip (like vultr, their ips can be easily blocked by subnet). And looks like they have limits too, so generally they don't keep blocking forever, they may revoke those block after a period of time, maybe 1 week, maybe 6 months, reported by other people.
Now I feel regret about didn't buy the touch screen version of this screen.
I mean, I didn't need the touch screen for like two years after I bought it, but now as I want to use it for document reading, it's very natural to swipe fingers and then realized I need to use my trackball.

"Several Japanese high courts have rules the country’s ban on same-sex marriages to be unconstitutional.
Courts in both Tokyo and Sapporo have ruled that Japan’s current rules regarding same-sex marriage."
"Public opinion has warmed to same-sex relationships in Japan with approximately 64% of Japanese citizens supporting same-sex marriage according to a Kyodo News survey. Only 25% of respondents said that they were not in favor."
所以大家还可以回忆一下哪些人嫌弃香港学生们太激进吗?
1. 祝贺这么想的香港人,欢迎来到23条防微杜渐过剩主义的极权时代;
2. 祝贺这么想的海外人士,一边支黑嫌弃普通人没有赴死一边嫌弃港青没有策略;
3. 祝贺墙内这么想的人,极权有更多资源加重你身上的奴隶枷锁。
港青,曾是闪耀的大火,现是散落的满天星。

POTA withdrawing from China https://midwest.social/post/9853774
Spent some time (I lost track of it) outside (on the roof), before sunset. As the short Spring is coming, I heard a lot of bird sounds. So I pull out my new binoculars. And I'm excited to share my photos.
Although it's a commonly spotted dove (Spilopelia chinensis), it is my first time seeing a bird so close. That bird fly to a tree near me, and just sit there looking at me. (And thanks to those wild cats they didn't show up and destroy this exciting moment)
Photos are taken on a Samsung S23 Plus, 3x telescope with a 8x42 ED binoculars.
Also I think I need a better way to fix my phone to the binoculars. The seller convinced me to buy a 10USD "high quality" stand, but turns out it's worse than my old 5 USD one, which I sold along with my old binoculars :(
I'd say EFF might be partially wrong. It's right to stop the government from abusing the excuse of privacy and ask them to do the right thing. But man, I bet you don't know what they do/collect in China.
You should first set up a law to protect general privacy data, then ban Chinese apps😂

It's hilarious to see how those Chinese companies do not dare to do the same thing in China. Telling your users to call local congress to stop the bill? Try doing the same thing in China.
Amusing. Very amusing.
I generally think sometimes Microsoft is as suck as IBM.

Spent sometime outside, and I can tell those ED lenses are a really big improvement. Although I don't have a direct comparison since I sold my old binoculars before I got this new one.
The camera didn't capture it well since I have to hold the binoculars in one hand and my phone in the other, and I'm shaking like hell, and I need to take the picture fast enough before the birds decide to leave. So... bear with what I have.
Anyway, really recommend upgrading to ED lenses if you're using normal glass lenses
**I have a job now!**
I'm a Chinese shitizen, but I generally don't post in Chinese to avoid being suffering from other Chinese.
I'm physically a male, but I don't care how people think about my gender. I can be male, or female, or cat. But if you ask, I'd prefer to be referred to as male. Also, I support LGBT+ people, and I'm a copyleft. I don't think I'm too aggressive in arguing things, but sometimes I do. You should handle it with care.
I post about programming (most time is Java and Kotlin, unless I have a new love), and some random things I find interesting. I also post about my mental health, which is in a stable state of instability, thanks to my parents and Chinese society.
Anyway, if you want to follow me, I'm glad to see you. And, have a nice day.
