Can we please stop throwing legit tech under the bus just because cryptocurrency scammers have hijacked those terms?
Examples:
1. P2P - BitTorrent is legit
2. Crypto - cryptography is legit!
3. Metaverse - VR is legit!
4. Token - OAuth is legit!
5. Ledger - spreadsheets are legit!
@zuul yeah just been watching about Pele on the BBC news he played in the American Soccer league and this played a big part in bringing soccer to the USA.

i'm not soccer guy. i'm 6'5" and played hoops. but i grew up in the 70's and soccer wasn't really a thing here yet. it's cause of pele that it is. if anyone tells you any different they don't know what the fuck they are talking about. #RIPPele #blackmastodon

Maybe a few of these groups can set up here, and or on peertube so they can share creations on the Fediverse, if a few join others may follow, adding to the cultural diversity here, but also helping this grow.
Mainstream social media is dominated by big players (which is understandable) there is a chance here for smaller players from different parts of the world to get a foothold and more of a following.

Pelé is THE Brazilian player for me, the first I idolised for sure, he played a tournament match in Nigeria and briefly stopped the civil war there, an icon and true king he played football beautifully.

If you have a Chromebook that no longer receives updates, there's a solution for you! With the ChromeOS Firmware Utility Script: https://mrchromebox.tech/#fwscript, you can turn your Chromebook into a regular laptop and install ChromeOS Flex on it. You can include multiple .tex files in one with an include statement,
The main file is set out as normal, e.g preamble and begin and end document statements
the included files just have the required text and latex code e.g \chapter{title}
\include{Team}
The first line of team.tex for me contains
\chapter{The Team}
\index{Team}
The advantage with this is that you can reorder the includes and reorder the final document chapters

May want to look at the Beatles Eight days a week film, they refused to play in I think it was Jacksonville due to segregation, In fact I think it was part of a contract that segregated stadia would not be played at, this was 1964
The stadium was desegregated nd the Beatles played, so it shows that the policy could be reversed even back then.

Very striking esp from the UK, but really illustrates what life was like back then.

What is the scientific word for a Fluid or semi-Fluid that holds its bead when put on a surface. Think ketchup. You could write with it, and the ketchup would mostly hold its location and height.
Is this viscosity also? Or is there a word for the vertical strength of a liquid/gel

It is essential that history is never forgotton or re-written as not to upset people. I don't see 1986 as 'old', to me that is recent, even the holocaust in the 1930s and 1940's may be a long time ago (before my time), the people alive at the time are getting less and less, doesn't mean that when there is no longer anyone alive who remembers, that we just stop telling or discussing what happened.
