Deeply personal
If you want to understand why it is that I talk about hate speech and antisemitism so much, please listen to this podcast

(sorry it's on Apple, this is what the author herself linked to)
And yes, I've been the subject of explicit antisemetic attacks, and I was also the subject of pressure to erase my Jewish identity. I was explicit told to do so by someone I worked with (you can guess who!)
This is why I'm so outspoken now, because fuck that noise.
Today is Aaron Swartz birthday. Because of him, we have Creative Commons (development), Reddit (co-founder), Watchdog.net, Open Library, DeadDrop, Progressive Change Campaign Committee, Demand Progress (co-founder), ThoughtWorks, and Tor2web.

Come on! That's not what I meant. Write for men - actually I think it's a brilliant idea and I support it. You are right, there's not much specifically tailored to male audience in this department.
I just tried to prompt you to slow down on the thought path of "men have it so bad, the world is unjust, etc." Doesn't sound like a good start of a useful mental health advice column to me...
Personally, when seeking information on psychology, it never even crossed my mind that it's gender non-neutral. But perhaps my obliviousness to this can be explained by me focusing on more scientifically leaning literature, rather than popular advice columns.
Having said that, I do indeed see a lot of value in more laymen pop advice on psychology targeting male audience.

So following on from my previous idea.
When I attended a online safety course, I was given an activity to identify various games, social media platforms from their logos e.g the usual suspects, plus games and stuff kids use.
I am trying to put something similar together that has logos of things like Linux distros (mint, debian), fediverse instance logos (mastodon, peertube, pleroma, pixelfed, software giimp,
It could be a good way to start a discussion and also if anyone here is teaching it is a good way to figure out what people know already.
Trying to promote Mastodon, and taking some inspiration from mainstream social media.
A lot of companies / businesses / people have something like
"find us on Facebook, then the Fb Logo we need something similar on here.
So rather than having Find us on Mastodon, perhaps we should use Locate is on Mastodon. followed by that users fed id
@user@name.social type thing.
We need to be similar but not the same if that makes sense.
