@thor I love the smell of low tide and amines in general. I try to avoid the smell of the latter because that's going to be damaging to the lungs when working with the freebase amine oil I'm familiar with.

@niclas Well said. Java has improved since your last work so I'm sure that was rather refreshing to see. I remember learning Java and realizing that despite all the shortcomings, Java is an amazing setup.

@thor They should make a commercial like the old Chromebooks where they destroy it and say just buy a new one. While it might seem to cause outrage, it's the solution they offer and many users wouldn't want to be bothered by anything more.

With Linux, one could do the same but it would require having one's own cloud.

@thor I'm glad you didn't get a test group and ask them in public. The data from their smart devices and IoT is for sale. Information collected from ISPs could be useful.

Wondering why 3D printers are widely used when it is essentially a CNC mill and injection molded parts are stronger.

Just getting a 3D printer to work properly.

Getting an Amateur Radio License.

These are all ways to get a woman off the mind. I can't say they are positive.
