I’ve tried very hard to not post about Twitter, but today is the day — Twitter’s scheme to pay certain creators for content in order to salvage their platform is off to a predictable start, with many of the most far-right, hate-spewing, conspiracy-spreading, in some cases literal nazi, creators being chosen as the first creators to get paid. Note that some of these folks were permanently banned from Twitter before.

Musk’s Twitter has been, and remains, a hate platform.

Of all the good things my mother taught me growing up there is one that I think is the best she has instilled in me:

Always offer anyone who needs it food and water... in fact, when you can try and actively find people who need a meal and dont just feed them, but sit with them and be a friend to them if they want when you feed them.

Probably the single biggest thing you can do to change the world with very little money.
