Russia has launched a public relations campaign to make the abduction of Ukrainian children by Russian occupiers habitual and “fashionable,” according to Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets.

Kherson museum workers identify another painting stolen by Russians

This is the work of artist Heorhiy Cherniavsky “Dalni Zelentsi Bay”.
