Anyone out there have a solution or workaround for this?

github.com/python/mypy/issues/

Right now I'm doing:

```
# wrapper type is Callable[[Iterable[T]], Iterable[T]]
k: KeyType
v: ValueType
for k, v in wrapper(my_dict.items()): # type: ignore
...
```

Which is fine for a temporary workaround, but it'd be better to have a proper workaround for the time being.

An illustrated walkthrough of four classic Unix window managers tested under SunOS on a SPARC workstation:

- MGR
- SunView
- OpenWindows
- X11R6

What I find fascinating of the post is it provides the historical, technical, and industrial context of these window managers.

This will save me some points on my Calc assignment. I was unsure if I could have a normal line if I couldn’t have a defined slope but I guess that’s just what a vertical line is?

And like the perfect stack exchange answer it is perfectly seasoned with a bitter, salty reply 😂

Hello! I'm new here like many others, figured I'd try out all of the birdapp alternatives.

I'm a user currently running arch/KDE on my main rig and PopOS/Gnome on my laptop.

I play a lot of video games, I read a lot of books.

I've been trying to learn for a few years now. Not so easy for me.

But yeah, hello! :)

I saw a friend I have not seen in 5 years. It was great to reconnect with them and a reminder of how few truly great relationships you have in life. :)

#OpenCircuits just landed!
Very interesting read so far. I've got close to 40 years to catch up on electronics! Thank you @oskay for this book.

Hey Philly and the rest of PA, wouldn’t you love to stick it to Texas this week by showing up and voting blue? It would feel pretty good, right?? Just putting that out there. 😀 #blueWave #pleaseVote #thankYou #theRealWinnersAreWomenWhoHaveBodilyAutonomy

Looks like there are some pretty big new features in the first Mastodon 4.0 release candidate: github.com/mastodon/mastodon/r

A few that caught my eye (there's loads more):

- ability to follow hashtags
- ability to translate posts
- support for uploading WebP/AVIF/HEIC
- change post editing to be enabled in web UI
- no more /web prefix on web app paths

Hi y'all! I'm not a newbie to tech in general, but I often feel like a newbie due to the breadth and depth of technology, especially software (and infrastructure)!
I sort of fell into IT through a random job that promoted me based on a "logic" test. :D

Of course I messed up part of the formula lol. See this is why I can't wait to get past math.

I'm just not careful enough!

Gosh is beautiful. This is probably the only reason I will miss taking the math requirements for my degree. :)
