There's nothing installed at https://toot.works - it brings up a generic 'domain parked and available' message.

Pity, I think it would be super useful.

The tool is currently NOT working, the domain toot.works seems to be parked, not in use.

I visited the author's projects page and sent a message, asking if it would be possible to get the source code, maybe get it installed somewhere else.

I think it's a very useful too, and could help us with the foreign language posts, as well as the users whose native language is not English and have some difficulty translating into it.

Will update with author's reply if I get one.

This seems like a wonderful tool, we could really benefit from it.
