@Sphinx Yeah, that is what I was doing today. Discovered Birdsite browser extension, tested and it works.
Got one error the first time, I am not sure why - two images, or toot too long. Others worked ok.
Birdsite extension works well.
There was an older extension, which did Twitter to Mastodon, but he's removed it since Mastodon v.2.3 update broke it.

@Sphinx Check for the "Crossposting enabled" box, and the hash tag options. I use only crosspost if hashtag is included.
@Sphinx It's supposed to allow cross postig both ways. Here's a screenshot of my own settings, although in my case I am only going tw-masto.
Not everyone has insurance, and even the ones who do, have different levels of deductibles, and some go untreated.
It's a shame, that Health is treated as a huge cash cow, in the US.
Their cost per person per year is higher than everyone else. The outcomes are not better.

@Sphinx Yes, unless its a major emergency and you need medic assistance, driving or taking a taxi, uber, is a better choice.
@Sphinx Health is seen as a for profit industry in the US, unfortunately. And to change that is quite difficult - too many entrenched interests, making huge money, will fight tooth and nail against it.
Shame, they are the only country on the OECD which doesn't have a public health system.
