@realcaseyrollins I used the quick oats usually sold for oatmeal preparation, but this can be done with large flaked oats if desired too.

No need to cook, it's quick and easy to prepare, very nutritious and fast for digestion. Great if I am riding my bike soon after for example.

I fought a long battle with my kids, this is way nicer and more nutritious than sugared industrial cereals. Which are very costly if you compare to simple oats in one kilo bags.

@freemo It is a curious thing, really. The liquid qill be really cold, and that might inhibit it from starting a flame immediately when contacting a combustible material like the asphalt. But it's pure oxygen.

I have read a book on rocket fuels, and it was quite interesting. The amount of difficulties they experienced while looking for better ones, most were dangerous substances; poisonous, unstable, nasty things.

Great book, the author is a Chemistry professor and had a dark sense of humour.

Even without an ignition source, I would be curious to know.

I am surprised you are all over the place and don't seem stressed with it. My son would disappear totally when exams or mid terms were close, very demanding courses.

Some banana and oats, crush the bananas and mix quick oats into them. Drizzle with maple syrup if extra sweetness desired (lightly, don't abuse it as it's addictive).

You need the rest. Less TV for you could help, I see you posting and commenting about TV shows and have no idea as I don't have it, or even know what they are.

Signed up for a nice British TV service, 36 channels and haven't watch any since I am glued to the fediverse and enjoying it instead.

@freemo That's a nice feeling, and very real in both terms.

Lost my cats in the past year, the two of them, and it still hurts. Have the Net cats for companions, but the house feels empty sometimes without them.

Not ready to adopt a new one yet, either.
