@LWFlouisa I believe what you mean is that the view most modern day christians have of god (And perhaps even some not so modern day humans) is one of an authoritarian fascist.

God himself in the body of collected texts that describe god are not straight forward enough to draw many conclusions like that imo.

@schwa It isnt really viewed as a content warning. Its viewed as a tool to be able to summarize toots and allow people to expend for full toot. Many people will always use a content warning to create a subject header with a sort of "more" button. The idea is to keep feeds succinct so it is easier for others to navigate.

@LWFlouisa I have no objection to people who are anti-fascists. I do have a problem with the way the majority of people are behaving who claim to be anti-fascist, their actions do not reflect the claim.

@Qwxlea I agree entirely. Its why I'm currently living in a house in the Netherlands. Americans have become polarized, irrational, and toxic. Your either extreme left or extreme right, anyone who wants to be moderate in their opinions on anything is immediately hated by both sides,

Living in america was like living in a country where you are constantly surrounded by little children having temper tantrums.

@CocaineNinja Well not really. Antifascism in its own right is not inherently fascism. It is just in this case the people who specifically call themselves Antifa happen to behave as fascists would. But thats a failing in their own character and not the result of being anti-fascist itself.

@Shekelcoin @arteteco lol its very soft, just lots of nut. You can make it without the nuts if you dont have taste buds though :) It toasts up well. I just made a grilled cheese with it.

@MmeLibertine@mastodon.social Lists replace the need for using multiple instances for topics/themes. IMO it makes way more sense to pick a single instance based on moderation policy or features offered rather than the topic or theme. Its not a productive way to use the network IMO.
