Versioning on filenames instead of using git....this is why we dont let Dutch people have guns, if they cant even version a file properly how can we expect them to handle a firearm!

Interesting, IEEE just published a brand new standard in 2021 for fixture de-embedding using the 2x-Thru Method (and optionally 1x-Reflect). 2x-Thru produces highly accurate results, and only requires a symmetric "pass-through" test fixture for reference. Great for all kinds of components characterization on a VNA. And unlike proprietary algorithms from VNA vendors, it's fully specified, with a reference implementation and a test suite.
It's going to be a powerful tool for amateur radio, now I'm just waiting for Scikit-RF to implement it.
