What does this image have to do with one time voters? I didnt ask anything at all about popular votes or even if the election was a fraud, we didnt even get that far. You stated a fact about one time voters... again, where can i see the source of that fact?

@truthbait

@truthbait

I mean hell it doesnt even make sense. This is the first election since then and the votes havent been cataloged yet. How would they even know how many of the voters in 2020 didnt vote in 2024, I wouldnt even expect that information to be available yet.

So again all signs point to completely made up numbers with no real basis in reality. More than happy to see a source and consider it but considering that your crying like a little baby at a question that amounts to "where can i check that fact" tells me all I need to know.

@Soretski

@truthbait

One time voters (someone who votes in one election and doesnt in subsequent) is **not** reported and a quick search only returns first time voters, which is a very different thing.

Clearly im not as smart as you since I cant find the numbers under biden vs trump for **one** time voters...

Its almost like you just made up the numbers and dont even have a source at this point.

@Soretski

@truthbait

Nah, I went into it hoping the numbers would be significant and would be worth discussing. But when you dont compare it to the numbers in other elections you literally are saying nothing of any relevance. I have nothing to even compare to see if its unusual or credible.

I generally assume there is corruption everywhere and most people, are manipulators and idiots, so i would expect election fraud to be very likely. But when i ask for something as simple as the actual numbers so i can evaluate it and i get stupidity cranked up to 11 I am going to quickly dismiss it and move on as i am doing now.

@Soretski

@Soretski

You certainly dont. When you make up numbers you pull from your ass that would be quite the inconvenience for you indeed.

@truthbait

@truthbait

Ahh gotcha, nose citation. I will give the weight your nose as a source deserves, thanks.

@Soretski

@Soretski

You are claiming in other elections there wasnt a single one time voter? That sounds absurdly untrue. Source for that.

@louis

I said harris and not her party for a very good reason. This post is about Harris as a person and her track record of saying one thing and her actions showing another. Between her attack on trans people as the attorny general to her complete lack of action on abortion. Some other person in congress doing something really means very little to me in that context as it says nothing about Harris who as a leader had far more power to bring about an actual abortion amendment and she never even **attempted** it.

@ABScientist

Quite a bit, the vice president is largely focused on internal affairs while the president is largely focused on international affairs.

This is why the vice president is in charge of the senate and has particular power when voting there. Of the two Harris is far more capable of introducing bills as the head of the senate than Biden is.

@KimPerales

Actually Trump and Biden deported approximately the same number of illegal immigrants. In fact it was Obama who deported significantly higher numbers than either of these.

Also under trump more trans people in holding for deportation were given gender affirming care than under Harris, by the numbers (at least according to the source i read when doing some research recently, I dont have it anymore on hand sadly for this fact).

Trumps thoughts right now: "The United States of Europe" has a nice ring to it.

Remember all those times over the last 4 years that Harris proposed bills to protect abortion? Yea neither do I.

@realcaseyrollins

Two statements in one sentence reminded me the apocalypse is now :)

@umad80 According to biden everything good that happens is because of him, everything bad is because of Trump.

I've finally set up bridging of my Mastodon account to Bluesky through fed.brid.gy/

Highly recommend to bridge as well so we can break the silos a bit and 1) follow each other's content and 2) have interactions visible in each other's platforms

@cobratbq I wasnt criticisng you, I know what you meant. All im saying is that if society sees unconditional compassion as suspicious that should not at all effect a good persons desire to be compassionate without condition, if he is truly a good person. But it is sad society would respond in such a way.

@freemo you know, I got a nice anecdote on that. In the middle of the ongoing harassment campaign, when we were at the height of throwing statements at me day and night that were clearly intended as attacks and (false) accusations, there was the occasional disconnected comment.
More than once have I seen statements like "you know, that's just someone being kind", which was interpreted as manipulation of some kind or another. So, no, even just being kind isn't acceptable anymore.

@cobratbq If you are being kind because it is "acceptable" then you are doing it for the wrong reasons. that said it is sad when a society is so broken it even finds a reason to hate kindness.
