The phrase was bothering me for every now and again, especially when used as a mottos or a phrase inside conversation or counter-point -

This clarity helps phrases out of socially parroted good-feeling sentiments into a phrase that *says what it means a bit more clearly* like the action because to be or being or becoming the change is not so clear.... or at least helps to say in many more ways...

You got any idea about " Be the change " or " Be the change you wish to see " ?

So after all the extremes are over. a little bit of comfort, people just don't want freedom enough...

It's inconvenient.
It's too painful.
It's too much responsibility.
It's endless.
It's not worth it.

Yes that's freedom! Now you know get busy!

People who think it's one event and it's going to be over... NOPE

Innocently or deliberately is irresponsible not to take care in more areas of life and rather have it served. My humble opinion AND with no anger here is that small bits need doing all the time and if you're not doing the walking then it's on you

If you're not practising talking about what love is for mankind or not talking whatever constructively in your own backyards and circles, then I feel you're responsible (from non-participation). You don't have to fight but you do have to help figure it out (for you, other, Earth as a planet, all of it in as many ways you can).

Make it part of your life or else let others fuck it for you, encircle and capture you and have their one big celebratory war made from all the everyday mini-wars you escaped from and things you kept quiet about! Not easy but you know what things you're escaping...

(that's maybe the TLDR version:

- Born losers I think do exist... so I mean people who mess things up or mess with things a bit too much need a bit of management BUT that is probably all of us in some way but some more in some obvious ways on the outside than other's who is harder to see how / where imperfection lies

- but the fact you have to WIN over someone else to benefit rather than SHARE / CARE is more the problem I think...

because living with faults is the likely the realistic default rather than pretending to be any kind of normal or standard...

Don't like the idea of leveraging people or putting down people in a bad way to build things by that kind of design....

Anyway this is not as old school as it could be but I used to play it A LOT... and there was even an online version of the 2D series where people could play Peer 2 Peer!... What P2P? Yeah!

3D SF2- NAH! I didn't get into or fancy the 3D kinda stuff apart from SF EX like a Tekken version quite fun to play a polygon type thing ! You could juggle players and do consecutive supers if charged up - look and played more like Virtua Fighter )

Feel free to get me up to speed I know there was a SF HD like kind of refresh of the art and reboot.... anyway... SF2! / SF II! The 16-bit era....

Interested to see what you mean by toll - could be bit wide-ranging and off-topic - but feel free to use DM about that to find a few things / explore or as you see fit here
There are lots of types of toll so yes maybe it can balance in favour virtually but then other 'costs' or exchanges happen for example the human bonding cost and even friendship that isn't always 100% there (though for me it is) but it needed for some more in reality than ' computer ' which we don't even see wwe're sitting at probably... - and perhaps human contact essential toward total harmony (which I think is possible through friendship first here too but eventually like comfy cats - going between places!

Funding, perhaps is my best and worse point - I'd say minimise overall
Even centralise between good folk to keep costs down (but say in Mastodon maybe it's all good and small already / self-managed...
so far I hope 'the rich people' can pay for people to upgrade each others mind so exchange privilege (and have enough comfort) for the humanising the rest do - if you can allow me to put it in that way)
Sometimes too easy for people to tool up using tech and all have same level... and forget that ' friendship is for the way ' more than paying for things etc... this kind of thing (which also saves money in the future or merges things avoiding things like website fees for a million people and all that really divisible stuff tech is EXCELLENT at when it's not bloat. The rest like all these vids much less return perhaps until personal and actually watched.
Maybe less bridges for some things and more for other things
And then also indirect ways because bridges are usually too pro! :-] and made by the army originally to conquer / regulate territory.... (bit of a spin there but backbones to Tech are maybe not great bridges)

I think we're in the right place too.

Enjoy the pic and happy to jump into chat with anyone and do some small-scale human bridge building to start with :)

I guess we all need double-checking on this as it's too easy to buy new / rent / upgrade stuff nowadays.

A few bucks / euros and you get double the ram on your server - and then expect more and more etc.... then constant bottle-necking... upgrade trees...

how out of control that can get is a real threat to the ever-essential decision making. (which is now perhaps about keeping it small or making every single ping count when it's as mass)

Keeping it small / simple / giving back in many more direct educational aspects, not just watching vids for example but the hard long road of interaction of p2p on many levels) because all is under threat from the having the luxury of renting the tech for others (USA / Amazon S3 AWS backbones) while people sit back and think it's ok... and more importantly without the rewards /conversion/progress of humanity, of their mind a bit more. Overall the risk is not some of those things while even perhaps just increasing more of the same habits instead.

I support what you do and encourage a few chats (with anyone) just to make sure of those choices that your users are possibly less-educated about regularly check in with someone from external view so you too don't get lost in the matrices...

I'm here anyway...

... and at least I'd always want to find a way to allow everyone to live, be diverse etc...

Be decisive in those people that are intent in exposing my strength / weakness is also something... but if you are a bit of a master or lover then it's mostly puffery or accepted from doing and not knowing, but don't get cocky thinking they are innocent- make it known too you're able to jump on them - but over-action is usually not worthy! First soft clear semi-flexible then refine / hard / find something else to do between you and come back later.

... I know also managing / educating and changing behaviour is not always possible (at least in my lifetime) but is chipping away at that slowly mostly works while I realise a lot doesn't or is wasted breath... A LOT (it's not about stopping but doing what is even disposable and choosing better going further - some are more resistant the more you try)

There are human predators too though it's mostly from untrained basic instincts or environmental pressures, but I'd still like to allow those animals to live, in their own game and do an eco system of tasks that same-same people can't do and would work with, using that diversity passively or directly towards positive things from their traits (accepting that's them right now) rather than people hunting them down other people or forcing the structure/environment around them feel like they also need to whip and tax others heavily when that doesn't lead to pleasure either.

So even a dangerous or not nice people/animal or trait can be 'domesticate' if all are 'allowed' in some way or given to do 'break' what it wants more pleasantly - usually once 'it' (words inside people or people themself) are fed / sheltered / watered then they can accept that respect and be moderated enough (so it's about learning 'its' flow and workrate (wthe word or feeling or person)- more than only hard force or pleasant attempts at training)

I'd like to somehow find a way with humans (if not convert them with love*) so they can still stay the same but through these lenses of continual relooks at the dictionar and behaviour (and even seeing breaking things comes from somewhere inside good and bad (like sport can be) but it's also a needed to process and build things, that an elephant comes at the right time and crushes or puzzles what is needed and gives in the next to make the bricks for the other animal - a constant conveyor belt within a chain /eco-system type of thing... so the crushing action is not isolated or blamed but in part of a more harmonious chain or understanding that animals have to do their thing - can't make them or their mentality totally extinct)

Learning to understand them and love them again (people and words)

Modern life doesn't do quite well or give space / choice to do things... but personally between me and you (or you and another) it can be instant and a small circle of things... especially if 1 person is practised in seeing / feeling the atmosphere or environment... and is holding that.

I admit there are limits and reasonings have to be chosen and sometimes to just go with that till the end if really a middle ground doesn't exist or has really had enough time... but usually extreme without feedback of the balance going on might be mistaken in itself or forgets what the original problem was... often it's needed just to bump the cycle and review as we go along because are all guilty of somehow staying too long in some thought or assistance is needed for some things that don't want to be change for some reasons but need to be change for others... always a mix there...
