Bird App Thoughts

I feel really bad about what's happening at Twitter. Firstly, I've used Twitter almost daily for the past 5 years. It's been an incredible tool for people all over the world to share information and meet new people. I've met a lot of people I wouldn't have otherwise and learned a lot of new things.

I also feel bad for the employees. They worked at what sounds like a great company that cared deeply about its users and now that's been taken away from them.

@Romaq @mikmaqpeek its worth giving it a real watch if you can make the time. I also don't know a lot of the history but have been reading Wikipedia between eps. really fascinating stuff

US Politics

@nicolewolverton the good news is all of this seems likely, too.

Really enjoying first ep of season 5 of the Crown.

The Crown and new ep of Andor came out today but we're watching Love is Blind.

Seems like the Lt Gov of GA should have better things to be doing than being on a CNN panel today

I just listened to Elon Musk on a Twitter Space that was intended for advertising partners. This is what he said at the outset. It's hard to come to any other conclusion that he has little understanding of human communication, or indeed behavior on the platform he owns. twitter.com/i/spaces/1RDGlabMN

Everything about Steve Kornacki is incredible. Just a real treat watching him go through ejection results. Anything data related I want it to be him breaking it down.

US politics

So many of the Republican candidates nation wide were just trash. Oz, Walker, Vance, and Jensen for gov in MN. Find actual decent ppl and they could've done better.

@Davidtoddmccarty that's how I feel, too. I'm checking both but intentionally posting to Twitter less.

MN politics

MN is fully blue again. House, senate, governor, AG. Incredible!

US Politics

Not looking good for Barnes in WI unfortunately

US politics

Holy heck I'm happy Tim Walz won again. Jensen, like so many Republican candidates, was just awful.
