There is nothing in the carbon hypothesis that allows for flat temps with rising co2.
Tropical streamers hitting the UK, causing storms. This is unusual, since the Gulf Stream is dead.
Toronto real estate chart is flat. Prices are crashing for 'must sell' houses, others are asking for a high price.

Starting the microgreens in the garage. Already little shoots. In the Spring I use it to start my legal 'Canadian Sugar'.
