@freemo: the government can totally force you to sell your stocks if it wants to. That's called nationalization. People who invests in stuff that can be essential know there is a risk in the government getting involved. And if they have money to buy homes like that, they probably will turn out fine. And really what is unfair : that people get to be homeless because rich people are seizing property as a way to make money and drive up the price or rich people losing their investment on such 1/2

@freemo: well if nobody can pay, then it's indeed at your loss. Just like the stock market, investments have risk and as a buyer you have to accept those risks

@Demosthenes @Tel sexual orientation has nothing to do with how masculine you are.

There are really masculine gays while there can be really feminine straight men. Also if it wasn’t the case, there wouldn’t be lesbian trans women.

You can dress all the way you want, but when you say things like : I don’t want to be perceived as gay, you perpetuate negative stereotypes about LGBT people which only ends up hurting them.

And boy I can tell you after using eclipse for a year I’m still not comfortable using eclipse because in eclipse, setting up your environment is more complicated than programming.

Vous savez ce qui se passe quand on est sur le browser? On a les notifications de Facebook, on est distrait par cet article sur les chats sauvages au Brésil, et on perds du temps. Une application séparée d’internet c’est obligatoire.

On voit que ça vient bel et bien d’eclipse, étant donné le manque totale de considération pour l’aisance d’utilisation des logiciels.

@Demosthenes I’m just happy we don’t have to use eclipse (🤢) on a virtual machine (which is really slow)

@Demosthenes yeah he’s pretty strict on what we can use, we also can’t use unapproved libraries or work on separate branches

@Demosthenes unfortunately that’s not an option. We’re not allowed to use anything other than these two.
