We need a truly Independent Inquiry to establish the truth about the #NordstreamSabotage - Whoever is responsible should be held to account, the #Environmental damage alone was a horrific Criminal Act..
RT @MintPressNews: BREAKING: Russia has claimed British Navy involvement in Nord Stream pipeline sabotage.

We need to tax the windfall profits of Energy Companies - We also need a windfall tax on weapons manufacturers - Even before Ukraine War, European Arms Industry were making a fortune destroying lives in #Yemen - Why do we allow them make crazy profits off the misery of others...?

@digital_carver If you're looking for a terminal based client I can recommend two that I've used. Both Toot and Tutt are tui clients. Tut has vim keybindings.

@digital_carver I'm not sure what you mean, but it's a GUI client, so a point 'n click interface.

@digital_carver
Try 'Tootle' it's pretty small. I think most distributions carry it in their repo - I know Debian does.

@trinsec Mine too! I used to reuse my bowls until I caught one doing exactly that! LOL

Time for everyone to upgrade their tzdata to the latest version, particularly if your software needs to work properly in Mexico (which enacted permanent DST on short notice).

Someone should translate Matt Johnson-Pint's article into Spanish: codeofmatt.com/on-the-timing-o

@unabomber
Geez you mean they aren't inspecting the 'Twitter code"?

Handy little script that one can add to Nautius, enabling subtitle download

@daviding er I meant we live on the west side of the Don and south of Bloor. in the Cabbage Patch. ;-)

Stephen Maher, an award-winning writer and reporter and a contributing editor at Maclean’s, has become a reluctant expert on the dark side of the human soul. You might remember his superb reporting on the Portapique shooter for Maclean’s a couple of years ago. Last spring, he spent five weeks in London, trying to understand Nathaniel Veltman.

“It took a long time to get people to talk,” he told me about reporting his piece. “You’re asking people to wrestle with something that’s very painful.” Stephen pulled it off. He unearthed amazing, chilling material. His story is a smart, sweeping account of a young man’s life and the destruction he caused. I hope you find it as powerful and as eye-opening as I do.

@daviding I'm an east ender too, but that wasn't my shot, I ripped it from a group on FB. However on the east side of the Don and yes I ride through the Portlands several times a week. Nice to meet you!

First impressions, seems like cryptocurrency: made by computer scientists to be clever rather than usable.

People all across Europe, Asia, Africa want Peace + Fairness - But with the complicity of Mainstream Media, so many Politicians continue to serve the interests of #US Imperialism, #NATO War Machine, Military Industrial Complex + Neo Colonialism...
