Interesting combination of adjacent shop signs in #March in rural #Cambridgeshire. This one is quite well known, so apologies if you’ve seen it before. #ThePetShopBoys
UK politics
Ah, I see Sunak has finally declared his financial interests now that he got caught.
Remember folks, just because Sunak knows how to use a comb and turns up to Parliament sober, it doesn't mean he's any less of a crook than Johnson.
Better late than never, I suppose, but it would have been nice if the government had been alert to the threat of Russian cyber operations causing massive damage to the UK when it really mattered back in 2016.
Arse. That link is missing episodes 7 & 8. This one has all 8 episodes:

I don’t have the BBC radio plays, but it’s available on the Internet Archive. https://archive.org/details/foundationtrilogythe--bbc1973radiodrama8hours
I *do* have the books-on-tape versions (digitised) of most (if not all) of the Foundation series, if either of you are interested… HMU and I’ll package them up.
@xtaldave That sounds fun!
@statsguy I was hoping Murdoch’s empire would be censured, and possibly neutered. At least some of the truth is out.
@rjblaskiewicz Posthumous students are the worst. They eat all the cake.
@natharari @davep Sadly it looks like it was an unfortunate victim of the Great QNAP Disaster of 2017. 😒 I’ll continue to have a scoot around and see if it might be lurking on a CD or old USB drive something…
@Pat Apologies, force of habit. I should have taken your response as a request given the context. ✌️
@davep @natharari I *may* have a copy somewhere. I’ll take a looksee, and inbox you if I do.
@natharari @davep The old (BBC?) radio plays are worth a listen, too for another take on the books. They should be available somewhere out there (*waves hands vaguely towards the interwebs*).
@Pat “You Drive Like a Cunt” and “You Park Like a Cunt”, respectively. The pejoratives here are British English, fwiw. I know how squeamish some other cultures can be about certain words.
