Io da molto tempo spengo il fuoco dopo aver buttato la pasta, va benissimo se il tempo di cottura è sotto i 10 minuti.

Comunque, anche senza per forza fare come me, quantomeno tenete il coperchio mentre scaldate l'acqua e dopo aver messo la pasta

Ieri, per festeggiare la mia dipartita da Roma e pure quella di un'amica siamo andati a mangiare in osteria.
L'osteria dove siamo andati è molto buona e costa poco, in più i ragazzi sono simpatici ed affabili.
Gli abbiamo chiesto il favore di farci la trippa, che generalmente non fanno su richiesta però si sono ricordati di noi e ce l'hanno preparata apposta.
Il posto è piccolo ma molto accogliente, tempo fa siamo rimasti fino a molto tardi cazzeggiando con oste e cuoco e ci hanno perfino lasciato fumare all'interno.

Insomma, se volete andare a mangiare in un posto dove si mangia bene a poco prezzo e con un'atmosfera conviviale be lo consiglio.
Si trova a Parioli e si chiama osteria del Rione.
Lo so, lo so... Non spaventatevi che sta a Parioli! Ieri abbiamo speso 16€ a testa (tolto il vino perché abbiamo bevuto come dei dannati e sarebbe ingiusto considerarlo nella spesa!) Comunque con meno di 20€ vi fate un pasto completo con pure un po' di vino.

I just discovered that a large share of the American population is on psychiatric medications.
This appears to be widespread in Italy too, I read somewhere that 20% of the population used them.

This makes me curious, is there a lot of people here who take these medications?
I never did, but I do know some friends who do.

I created a survey just because, but it would be nice if you also write something about your experience and why you think that the use of these medicines is so widespread.

Dunque, ecco il pranzo leggero di ieri che con l'afa che faceva si è fatto solo verdure e frutta.
Ho preso per la prima volta gli agretti (lo so, è tardi, sono uno stronzo e via così...) mi sono piaciuti moltissimo!!
Se domani il verduraio apre ne prendo di nuovo, sennò provo lunedì perché dubito che si trovino in Polonia!!
