@SheChanges Again, no.

Just the idea that chores at home keep women from getting justice is completely laughable.

@SheChanges It seems we just disagree about whether or not the ends justify the means.

I think the solution is to treat everyone equally, neither benefiting people nor discriminating against people based on factors other than merit.

@SheChanges Which is precisely the issue; perpetrating injustice for the sake of balance is still unjust.

The ends do not justify the means.

And people who benefit from Affirmative Action did not do anything to deserve the benefits they get from it, save being non-white. Smart choice on their part.

@SheChanges

1. You said that white men are oppressors! Is oppression evil? If so, white men are evil.

2. Affirmative Action gives unfair advantages to certain people based on race. That seems racist to me.

3. The solution to sexism and racism is not to go and oppress white men, but to be fair and treat everyone equally. Injustice is not the solution to previous injustices.

@SheChanges Wrong again.

Tom Cruise dies now oppress me at all 😂

Being part of a class does not make you evil. What about the whites who got rid of slavery? Or the men who fave the women the right to both? They all righted terrible wrongs, but should we call them evil because of the class they were in? Absolutely not!

This all goes back to the famous quote from MLK, "I have a dream that one day we would judge each other not by the color of our skin, but the content of our character."

We still have a long way to go in achieving this.

Where did I say he was Marxist???? He's always larping about Culture Marxism (which doesn't exist) and claiming that Socialism will create Marxist Gulags. He's a Capitalist Apologist.

@realcaseyrollins

@SheChanges That's a lie. Look at Africa; people are racist to white people all the time.

It seems like you mean to say, it's okay to be racist to white people. Which is an entirely different thing, that I also disagree with.

@SheChanges I do need to watch it again. But affirmative action? Thats a clearly racist policy, as I'm sure Peterson would agree.

It says, "well, you black people can't make it because you aren't good enough, let me help you". It's nothing if not preposterous, and perpetuates the notion that blacks cannot succeed on their own. "They cannot make it without affirmative action! Without it, they cannot succeed!" Give me a break.

If people are discriminating in hiring practices, fine. Let's fight against that. But we don't need to hire inferior people just so that the rainbow of the company's demographics look delightful to certain SJWs sitting up in their ivory tower, so they can look down from heaven, sigh with relief and say "ah, finally, equality".

@SheChanges

1. The reason I ask is because I know nothing about mainstream patriarchy, nor 's view of patriarchy, which is why I ask "as he presents it". The only patriarchy that I am familiar with is patriarchy within Christianity, which is particularly abusive and I find repulsive, but I am not sure if the same practices are held outside the church, as the reasons I have heard for patriarchal families behaving in this terrible manner have been exclusively religious.

2. Being angry does not make one wrong. You are clearly angry as well.

3. I have actually seen that debate before. Peterson did exceptionally well, considering that he faced racist attacks in the midst of it. It is hard to leave emotions behind when others are calling you names, but he managed to do so here.

4. Peterson never told women how to behave in order to succeed. I would love to see that clip, lol.

I'd also like to address two things from your cartoon as well...

5. Peterson does not believe that women are paid less on average than men because they aren't competent, it's because they do work that is less dangerous and risky, and on average spend far less time in the workplace, giving them fewer opportunities or time to climb the corporate ladder. Unlike some, however, he does not view people's worth based on how much money they can make by working at a company.

6. Peterson is not a Christian. He holds Christianity in high regard, as far as providing helpful parables, but he does not think that the Bible is true.
