Ready for Matter+Thread? I just set up a local #Thread network running with #Matter devices, all #IPv6 native: Pi 4 running OpenThread Border Router, with MakerDiary nRF52840 USB as the Radio Co-Processor, and connecting a Nordic Thingy:53 sample weather station.

Guest wifi on my home router is now #IPv6 only using #Jool NAT64 running on #OpenWRT, along with Google DNS64.

Bit of a close call with an upgrade of #OpenWRT on my router where I locked out access (I think a VLAN config mistake) and couldn't get the serial debug working. While working on that my son found the solution to switch back to second firmware partition (a nice design), and I was able to redo the upgrade.

Was able to update my Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 Workstation Dock firmware via their Windows tool running in VMWare on my Ubuntu Linux machine by redirecting all the devices. Unfortunately the new firmware didn't fix my video problem with monitors not waking from sleep.

Rented a #Polestar2 while interstate for the weekend -- #EV worked out cheaper than a similar petrol vehicle as charging was free; to compare you would need to add the cost of petrol to the vehicle rental.

I found #C4model when my son suggested I used #Mermaid instead of #PlantUML. Mermaid doesn't do deployment diagrams and C4 is experimental but it led me to discover C4-PlantUML https://github.com/plantuml-stdlib/C4-PlantUML and Azure-PlantUML
